Privacy notice
How we collect and use personal information when you contact us about your land.
Who we are
The data controller for personal information collected through this website is S&K Group Holdings Ltd (company number 16703925), Unit 1 Hems Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG.
Your enquiry is shared with S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd (company number 16932889), the group company that buys land. It uses your information to assess your land and talk to you about it and, if you go ahead with a sale, it is also a controller of the information needed to complete the purchase.
Contact us about privacy at info@sellmylandfast.uk or by post to the address above.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, the postcode and description of your land, and anything else you choose to tell us. If you use live chat or WhatsApp, we receive the messages you send. We keep notes of calls and copies of correspondence about your land.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your information to assess your land, contact you about it, make and negotiate an offer and, if you go ahead, complete the purchase. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and, where a sale proceeds, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.
The tick box on our forms confirms you're happy for us to contact you about your land. We'll only send marketing if you've separately agreed to it, and you can object to marketing at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information with our group companies, our solicitors and professional advisers, planning and survey consultants working on your land, and service providers who run our website, forms, live chat and email. Forms on this site are processed by Web3Forms, live chat is provided by Tawk.to, and WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). We don't sell your information.
International transfers
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer relies on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. Contact us for details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and records of completed purchases for up to 7 years for legal and tax purposes, unless a longer period is required by law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to run the site and remember your cookie choice. With your consent we load live chat, which sets its own cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, object to marketing, ask us to transfer it, and withdraw any consent you've given at any time. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We'll update this notice if how we use information changes. Last updated October 2026.
