The S&K Group is a construction and property group based in Great Barr, Birmingham. It grew from a glazing business into a group covering construction, building supplies and property. Buying land is the start of our work to take sites all the way through planning, design and building to finished homes for sale or rent, including affordable and social housing.
How we work
We're the buyer, not an agent. That means you deal with the people who'll own the land, and there's no commission to pay.
Every offer comes in writing with the main figures behind it, so your solicitor, surveyor or accountant can check it. If we can't make an offer, we'll tell you why, and if someone else is likely to be a better buyer for your land, we'll say so.
We encourage you to take independent advice before accepting any offer, from us or anyone else.
What "fast" means
Fast means dealing direct: there's no marketing period, no agent and no chain. The legal work, and planning where a deal depends on it, still take the time they take, and we'll be straight with you about that.
What we don't do
We don't charge fees to sellers, we don't put pressure on you to decide, and we don't market your land to other buyers. We don't make promises about completion dates or planning outcomes that nobody can guarantee.
